Today, The Debonair Team decided that it would be valuable to focus on the importance of having experienced staff and vendors working your events.Putting an event seems simple enough sometimes, however we can confirm there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than meets the eye. Two overlooked aspects of event planning are 1) who works the event, and how they must have experience, and 2) The importance of vendors – vendor relationships are built over time and properly managed, collaborated and mastered to help clients create unique experiences, custom to their needs through food, beverage, entertainment and more.
