Our Role

Debonair provided comprehensive end-to-end event management, acting as the primary lead for venue coordination at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre
(MTCC). Our scope included full staffing, registration management, wayfinding, vendor support, run of show execution, safety planning, and live content capture.

Scale and Delivery

Debonair managed a complex ecosystem of keynote speakers, workshops, and 75 vendor booths.

• Logistics: We orchestrated a full-scale load-in the day prior and a rapid, six-hour strike post-event.
• Staffing: To support 2,500 attendees per day, we deployed a team of over 50 staff members daily. By utilizing four supervisors on overlapping shifts, we guaranteed unbroken coverage and support throughout the 3-day residency.
• Fiscal Responsibility: We managed the $2.1 million program with strict discipline, delivering all requirements without exceeding the budget.
